Chicken or Pork in "Manchamantel" Mole Sauce:
It hasn´t been defined yet if this delicate fruity spicy mole, is traditional from Oaxaca state, Puebla or Michoacan but it is sure worth trying! The word "manchamantel" means something like
"tablecloth stainer", oh yes, if you get stains it means you enjoyed it!
