In the small courtyard hidden within the Hotel Cielo Rojo we find something truly unique – the Restaurant Bistro Organico. A soothing sound of the garden waterfall, tasteful antique decoration, and open kitchen, where chefs create culinary wonders within view of the diners, are just the beginning of this adventure full of flavor and pleasure.
The owners have traveled all throughout Mexico to find the ingredients that they use in their dishes. The olive oil comes from Baja California and is award-winning. The organic salt is from Colima, Mexico – the greens and vegetables are grown by a local farmer utilizing organic seeds. This makes all the difference in the flavors of our dishes.
