TERMS OF USE

San Pancho Life is a privately owned website intent on representing and catering to the entire community of San Pancho. All posted content will be approved only if deemed appropriate and safe for community members of all ages and races. Please use common sense and as a rule of thumb, ask yourself if your content is appropriate for a child to see. Posts will be denied and deleted if found to contain content including but not limited to weapons, explosives, sex themes, hazardous items, drugs, animal sales, fraud, offensive language, personal information, stolen goods, government documents, counterfeit items, spam, unsolicited ads, unlawful goods & services, etc. Private or confidential details, photos, or videos of community members must not be publicly posted unless the subject of the post has given consent. We reserve the right to deny any content that we decide is not suitable for our audience for any reason.

 

BUSINESS LISTINGS

The listing of anything other than a proper business or service, including advertising property for sale or rent is strictly prohibited.

 

FEES

When you make a paid posting, you authorize us to charge your account. Any tax is additional. Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, omit, re-categorize, re-rank, or otherwise moderate. We may refuse any posting.

 

ENFORCEMENT

The laws of the State of Nayarit, Mexico shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event a User seeks recourse against the Owner, SPL or any other individual or entity for any event occurring within the Premises, they shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of the municipality of Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico. The parties renounce all other jurisdictions present or future.

Please take the same common sense precautions online as you would offline.

If you decide to meet someone in person we suggest meeting in a public place, bringing your cell phone if you have one and telling a friend or family about your plan or bringing someone with you.

Taking these simple precautions helps make San Pancho Life safer for everyone.
