Casa Sweetwater is a magnificent, multi-level Spanish style villa located in the prestigious neighborhood of Costa Azul. Its unique location is remarkable in that one can take a five minute stroll to the beach and/or to the heart of the quaint village of San Pancho. This villa is exquisitely designed and tastefully decorated with original art and fine furniture, hand-hewn hardwood beams, granite counter tops, marble flooring, and Spanish tiles throughout.

The home has remote controlled air conditioning throughout and all of the six deluxe bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, sliding glass windows and/or doors so guests can sleep well in a quiet, cool environment even without the use of air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and two have queen beds. All four bedrooms have private ocean view balconies.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and hosts an enormous granite-covered formal dining table large enough for the whole family to dine together. The adjoining grand living room hosts a 75-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and sizeable wraparound sofa with plush cushions and pillows. The kitchen/dining room and living/family room all are connected to the outdoor pool/terrace with glass sliding doors so the ocean views and breezes are forever present.

The ocean view terrace, with its sleek infinity swimming pool, is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and runs the entire width of the villa. 
A palapa-covered sitting area is available for outdoor dining and relaxing where guests can enjoy their favorite drink and take in the famous spectacular San Pancho sunsets. Casa Sweetwater is surrounded by a variety of flowering plants and mango trees, and is ideal for family reunions and/or couples looking for a peaceful vacation in a tropical paradise.

Casa Sweetwater is a four-bedroom home that can also be rented as a two or three-bedroom home. This property also consists of a separate two-bedroom casita that has its own private entrance, Casita Agua Dulce. Both houses can be rented together to make a six-bedroom villa, Villa Sweetwater.
