Casa Loma (Hillside Home) is one of San Pancho’s newest editions, nestled on the top of a knoll and hosting expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical jungle, just steps from the beach and town center of San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit. Upon entering the property, one is immediately encompassed with the modern, yet beachy, architectural design.
The private parking directs to the entrance level with an open-concept floor plan hosting the living area, dining room, ample kitchen and powder rooms, all leading out to the sprawling ocean view terrace with swimming pool. The staircase below the swimming pool leads to the professionally equipped, air-conditioned gym with a 65” TV. The upper level encompasses the three, private, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, two hosting king beds and one hosting two queen beds. The principal suite with king bed is separated by the atrium for total privacy.
Casa Loma is located in San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit, known to locals as San Pancho. Just a quick 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and a 20-minute north of Punta de Mita; while situated in the Las Olas beachside gated community with beach access, private access to a tennis court and 24/7 security. At Casa Loma one will enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, a quick walk to the beach and an approximate five-minute walk to the center of San Pancho where one will find a wide variety of restaurants, mini grocery stores, gift shops and parks.

August 29, 2023 at 4:54 pmSituated within a gated “estate lot” community, and a short walking distance from town, this ocean view modern home is incredible and 100% accurate by photos and descriptions. Our family enjoyed the beautiful views from the decks especially for sunrise and sunsets. The home has all the space needed to have privacy as well as wonderful gathering areas. Such excellent attention to detail. Luxury Living at its best !

August 29, 2023 at 4:55 pmThis is as stunning as it looks!!! It’s like being in a movie & worth every single penny. I’m just saying this is beyond one of the best vacation spots I’ve stayed at. It’s so well located too, just a 5 min walk to the beach and Main Street. Really comfortable and homey for a place that looks like it should be part of a museum. We just loved our stay at Casa Loma ..the infinity pool sunsets we will never forget !

September 2, 2023 at 4:59 pmI absolutely loved this chill retreat that looks like it should be in a magazine for House and Home! Modern touches and amazing bedding so I slept like a Queen! Open air breezes, stunning sunsets with ocean views every night with a negroni in hand, made for excellent evenings sitting pool side with friends. San Pancho is a cool vibe (think Sayulita 15 years ago) with upscale restaurants and quaint taco shops for cheap eats. Had to do a few zoom calls and internet was super fast. Head to the beach (2 Min) for tuna tostados at Tarraya. PS this is where the celebs go to be low key and not harassed. ( met a few). Going back soon!!!

September 15, 2023 at 5:00 pmMy partner and I stayed here for two weeks in February. We LOVED the property and the area! It was such a fantastic stay… from the modern, high quality details in the home to the sunset drinks on the beach (just 100 steps from the house!) The house was clean, and we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and the perfect temperature. The garden and trees around the property were so luscious. We felt so safe given that it was a gated community, with security around the clock. The home is situated a 5 minute walk to the main restaurant streets which means it’s quiet enough to leave our windows open at night, but close enough to go for coffee and a smoothie every morning. A must try restaurant is Su Pancha Madre, local tacos and a different menu every night (or week, i can’t remember.) Overall, we will definitely return to this property as we are already planning our next visit to San Pancho!
