ॐ We practice Yoga to move the energy, enter deeper into meditation and connect with our true essence.
I provide private lessons based in the Anusara school of Hatha Yoga. Anusara is a system that integrates the biomechanical principles of alignment with tantric philosophy. Is a practice that seeks to ensure that each posture helps us achieve not only the optimal functioning of our body but also energetic expansion. It's a physical, mental and spiritual alignment guide suitable for all levels where we celebrate life, cultivate the qualities of the heart and recognize divinity in all beings.
The yoga sessions are held at the comfort of your accommodation and adapted to your current physical and emotional needs. A private class is typically 60-80 minutes long and may include breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle stretching in addition to traditional yoga poses.
