Stairs lead to the second level hosting four en suite king bedrooms (three of which are oceanfront), breakfast bar with mini fridge and a private gym.

San Pancho is off the beaten path but is just a quick, 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, 10-minute drive north from Sayulita and 20-minute drive from Punta de Mita.

January 6, 2024 at 4:04 pmLoved our stay! Perfect vibe. Safe, quiet and relaxing setting right on the beach and just a very short stroll to many shops and dining options. The place itself has a fully stocked kitchen and spacious pool and lounging areas with lots of excellent views and beautiful architectural design features. Plenty of parking space on the property for multiple vehicles and a convenient outdoor shower located pool and beachside. Every part of San Pancho is in walking distance of the house and we saw several people successfully reeling in fish just a short stroll from the property. San Pancho is safer and more lush than northern Mexico and we cant wait to return again. Favorite trip experience: watching the waves crash on the beach each evening as the colorful sunsets lit up our faces and slowed time.

It was peaceful and quiet (except for a wedding next door on Saturday night) and provided a luxurious interior and jaw-dropping views of the ocean from the bedrooms and on the front patio. The kitchen was industrial-sized and we had a catered dinner for 10 (kudos to Teo and Veronika for preparing a scrumptious Mexican meal) at the beautiful indoor table. Our property manager, Eduardo, attended to our every need and we couldn’t have felt more pampered or had a more relaxing time. The town of San Pancho is a short walk (on the beach or on the street) and offers many dining options and a shopping opportunities. The Beach Club, an even shorter walk on the beach in the other direction, provided a lovely palapa-covered dining room that serves “lunch” until 6:00. Highly recommend this property!
