Estate Natura is one of San Pancho’s newest additions. Situated at the top of the Costa Azul Residential hillside, this property hosts a three bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom main villa and a detached one-bedroom casita. Estate Natura’s chic, modern, multi-level property and private pool, surrounded by ocean/jungle views throughout, is the perfect vacation home to unwind with the family and friends.
The entry level of the main home hosts an open concept area with a full kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area, powder room and a large sunk-in living area with accordion glass doors that open up to the ocean view terrace, outdoor dining, private pool and lounge area. Also, on the main level lies the en-suite king principal bedroom in a tropical jungle setting with outdoor courtyard and shower. Outdoor steps from the living area lead you down to the two detached en-suite king bedrooms with jungle views.
Across the parking courtyard is the detached casita, encompassing a private, ocean view terrace, kitchenette with stove top and a king bedroom with full bathroom.
Estate Natura provides the perfect getaway with easy access around the area. Just a quick, three-minute drive down the hillside brings you to the main San Pancho, Nayarit beach and a five-minute drive will take you to the town center, where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, parks, community center, surf shops and local artisan gift shops.
This home is also available to rent as a three bedroom home without the casita as Casa Jungla Viva. The casita can be rented separately as Casita de Vidrio.

July 31, 2024 at 5:15 pmThis gorgeous home provided my guest and I a wonderful family vacation. This was our first time staying in San Pancho although we were familiar with the surrounding beaches. The home provided us with all the amenities, including dish washer, iron, washer/dryer and a great water filtration system (+ wifi, a/c)! We also had a wonderful person who helped clean throughout our stay and she was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and more. Also, we rented Casita de Vidrio for three nights. It was such a beautiful experience because it is surrounded by nature! It also provided us with privacy 🙂 from our family who stayed at Casa Jungla. What I loved most about Casita de Vidrio was the beautiful ocean view and the connection with nature! San Pancho is a small town with great people as everyone is friendly and offers a nice downtown vibe with authentic Mexican restaurants. Overall, Estate Natura was an oasis from the life of a big city! I highly recommend Estate Natura!
