Casa Puesta del Sol (The Sunset House) is a delightful two-story home well known for its sunset terrace and charming Mexican decor. Its hilltop location offers spectacular views of the crystal clear Pacific Ocean. The entry level hosts a full kitchen, dining area, powder room and living room with glass doors opening up to the expansive terrace. The terrace offers an outdoor bar with barbecue, a table for four and several lounge chairs where one can relax while watching the ocean waves fall on the beach below.
The downstairs level consists of two bedrooms: one king en suite and one with two single beds (which can be converted into a king). Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioning and sliding doors opening out to yet another terrace with spectacular ocean views. From there, steps lead down to the ocean view pool surrounded by a grassy area with umbrellas and lounge chairs.
Casa Puesta del Sol is just steps down the hill to the beach and a short 5+/- minute drive to the San Pancho pueblo, where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, and local artisan gift shops.

Casa Puesta Del Sol’s location was absolutely perfect for us. The view spectacular. Short way to the beach. Contained everything we needed, but see that some of the outdoor furniture and cushions are ripe for replacement and that some things inside need a little refurbishment. But these are just small things. We will be more than happy to return!
